To those who weren’t able to make it last June 3 at its Gateway Cineplex 10 premiere, you can still catch “Pera-perahang Lata" (Penny from the Tin Can," along with my first film “Karsel” (Prison), at the 1st Pandayang Lino Brocka Political Film and New Media Festival.
